The FreeMind Forum
Inspiring music, uplifting discussion, heartfelt insights

The FreeMind Forum is an ongoing opportunity for people to come together to explore the deeper meaning of what it means to live in the moment and how making a practice of being more positive and loving can improve our lives and the lives of others.
Choosing to be the best version of yourself is easier if you have a place to remind yourself of the FreeMind principles, refresh your enthusiasm and enjoy lively discussions with other people interested in the same process. To make the experience more engaging and enjoyable the discussion is punctuated with contemplation exercises that are set to amazing music that is selected to open the mind, nourish the soul and warm the heart.
This event is not for profit and is run by people that want to come together to support and inspire eachother. There will be a request for a £5 donation to cover the cost of the room hire so that we can be sustainable (but this will not be compulsory).
These are not drop in events so please come for the start or it may not be possible to enter once the Forum has begun.
These are template events that come in kit form with all of the easy-to-follow guidelines and recordings. If you would like to start your own FreeMind Forum please get in touch and we will send you everything you need to get started.
